Stuffed Mushroom Caps

  • 12 mushrooms
  • 0,5 onion
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 0,5 slice of bread,
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill


  1. Preheat oven to a hot 180°C.
  2. Remove mushroom stalks from the caps.
  3. Use a food processor to chop finely. Add bread, onion and cheese. Pulse until it is finely chopped.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Fill the mushroom with the filling.
  6. Garnish the dill.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
