- 2 cups strawberries
- 3 tablespoons honey or 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Place the strawberries and honey or sugar in a food processor and pulse just until the mixture is finely chopped. Add lemon juice and mix until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into ice pop molds and insert sticks. Freeze until firm.
- To unmold the pops, run hot water over the outsides of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the sticks.
