RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1,5 cup flour
  • 130 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla ekstract

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, until well blended and  place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface and cut out with cookie cutters.
  3. Bake until just barely brown around the edges, which is 8 to 15 minutes depending on your oven and baking sheet.
ROYAL ICING
  • 1 teaspoon meringue powder
  • 30 ml water
  • 130 g confectioners sugar
  • colors
  1. Beat all ingredients until icing forms peaks.
