RECIPE (4 portions)

Ingredients:

  • 8 potatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • grill seasoning

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
  2. Cut the potatoes into slices and sprinkle with the olive oil, salt, pepper, add grill seasoning. Mix until the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan.
  4. Roast in the oven for 40 minutes or until browned and crisp.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and serve hot.
