RECIPE (4 portions)
- 8 potatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- grill seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 200 C.
- Cut the potatoes into slices and sprinkle with the olive oil, salt, pepper, add grill seasoning. Mix until the potatoes are well coated.
- Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan.
- Roast in the oven for 40 minutes or until browned and crisp.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and serve hot.
