Baked Pears in Filo Pastry With Dark Chocolate And Walnuts

RECIPE 

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe pears
  • 1 sheets filo pastry
  • walnuts
  • 4 tablespoon brown of sugar
  • 50g chocolate, melted

Directions:

  1. Mix walnuts wit sugar.
  2. Use a melon baller to remove cores from the base of pears and press walnuts with sugar into the holes.
  3. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  4. Make a square of filo pastry and place a pear in the centre. Fold sides up to enclose the pear. Repeat with the remaining filo and pears.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve immediately with melted chocolate.
