- 4 ripe pears
- 1 sheets filo pastry
- 4 tablespoon brown of sugar
- 50g chocolate, melted
- Mix walnuts wit sugar.
- Use a melon baller to remove cores from the base of pears and press walnuts with sugar into the holes.
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Make a square of filo pastry and place a pear in the centre. Fold sides up to enclose the pear. Repeat with the remaining filo and pears.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Serve immediately with melted chocolate.
