RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 drop coconut extract
  • 3/4 cup flaked coconut,
  • nuts, crashed with chocolate

Directions:

  1. Stir dry ingredients together. Add rest of ingredients and beat with an electric mixer.
  2. Use donut maker. Pour batter into preheated doughnut rings. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes or until donut are golden and cooked.
  3. Make a frost:  combine the sour cream, confectioners’ sugar and extract until smooth. Frost cupcakes.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts with chocolate.
