RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 125 g granulated sugar
  • piping bag
  • 2 teaspoons strawberry jam

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 120ºC.
  2. Beat egg whites in a medium-sized bowl till the mixture becomes fluffy.
  3. Add sugar and while beating.
  4. Pour the mixture in piping bag.
  5. Pipe bone shapes onto parchment and bake them for 20-30 min, or until set.
  6. Turn off the oven and allow the bones to dry for at least 1 hour.
  7. Decorate with strawberry jam.
