- 2 egg whites
- 125 g granulated sugar
- piping bag
- 2 teaspoons strawberry jam
- Preheat oven to 120ºC.
- Beat egg whites in a medium-sized bowl till the mixture becomes fluffy.
- Add sugar and while beating.
- Pour the mixture in piping bag.
- Pipe bone shapes onto parchment and bake them for 20-30 min, or until set.
- Turn off the oven and allow the bones to dry for at least 1 hour.
- Decorate with strawberry jam.
