- 1 medium fresh fig
- 1 slice prosciutto
- about 1 tablespoon goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2-3 pistachios, crushed
- Place prosciutto on a tray and roast in a 180ºC until prosciutto edges begin to crisp.
- Place halved figs on a serving plate and drizzle with the sweetened balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with the pistacios.
- Add cheese and prosciuttos..
- Serve immediately.
