Figs with Prosciutto Goat Cheese & Balsamic Vinegar

RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium fresh fig
  • 1 slice prosciutto
  • about 1 tablespoon goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2-3 pistachios, crushed
Directions:
  1. Place prosciutto on a tray and roast in a 180ºC until prosciutto edges begin to crisp.
  2. Place halved figs on a serving plate and drizzle with the sweetened balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with the pistacios.
  3. Add cheese and prosciuttos..
  4. Serve immediately.
