RECIPE

Ingredients

  • mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • walnuts
  • salt and pepper
  • good quality baguette
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

  1. Chop the cleaned mushrooms into pieces.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the mushrooms, walnuts and a pinch of salt and continue cooking (and stirring) for few minutes.
  4. Season with pepper to taste.
  5. Top each toast with a spoonful of the mushroom mixture and garnish with parsley.
