- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
- good quality baguette
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Chop the cleaned mushrooms into pieces.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms, walnuts and a pinch of salt and continue cooking (and stirring) for few minutes.
- Season with pepper to taste.
- Top each toast with a spoonful of the mushroom mixture and garnish with parsley.
