Carrot Chips





  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • sea salt
  • papper


  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  3. Slice carrots into very thin slices using a mandoline slicer.
  4. Transfer to the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer and brush tops with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
