Butter Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

  • 300g baby carrots
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • parsley, chopped
  1. Boil water in a saucepan. Add salt and carrots. Cook until tender, 5 minutes.
  2. Add butter, honey and lemon juice. Cook until a glaze coats the carrots, a few minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with parsley.
