Mini donuts with icing and rainbow sprinkles

RECIPE

Ingredients:

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:

1. Stir dry ingredients together. Add rest of ingredients and beat with an electric mixer.
2. Use donut maker. Pour batter into preheated doughnut rings. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes or until donut are golden and cooked.
3. Prepare icing, by mixing together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Apply icing to tops of cooled cookies.
4. Sprinkle on rainbow jimmies and let dry.
