RECIPE
Ingredients:
- avocado
- 4-6 kiwi fruits
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of water
- desiccated coconuts and fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green) for decorations
Directions :
- In a blender, purée until smooth: avocado, kiwi, lemon juice and water.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with spinach and coconuts.
